National Employment Lawyers Association 
NELA is the only bar association in the country whose members are devoted primarily to representing victims of discrimination and harassment throughout the country. Their web site offers a list of members across the nation.

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
The EEOC is the federal agency charged with the responsibility to enforce several discrimination laws including the Civil Rights Act of 1964 , the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act. They have offices throughout the country in most larger cities.

Wage-Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor 
The Wage-Hour division enforces the federal minimum wage and overtime laws.

Workplace Fairness
This is a site sponsored by the National Employment Lawyers Association. It contains a wealth of valuable information on the latest development s and news in the area of employment law. It is well worth a visit.

9 to 5
While many of you may remember the song and movie of the same title, there really is an organization with this name. It has long advocated for the rights of women in the workplace.

Human Rights Coalition
The HRC advocates for equal employment rights for gay and lesbian workers who have few if any rights in the workplace.

Ohio Civil Rights Commission
The OCRC is the state of Ohio’s equivalent to the EEOC. Ohio’s antidiscrimination statutes fill in the gap and cover smaller employers than the federal laws.

The United States Supreme Court
This is the official web site for the highest court in our country. You can read new decisions when they are issued and even the briefs of cases to be argued.
